there is not much i can say about Abraham Lincoln that is already been said. he is considered one of our greatest presidnet and his accompliments are legend, and thusly he is beloved and honored among all of the president. but few know that mr.lincoln was also a sensetive and may have predicated his own death...

He took his dreams seriously, On one occasion he wrote to his wife to be watchful with their son Tad because Lincoln had experienced an "unpleasant" dream. On the day of his assassination, April 14, 1865, he was so troubled by a dream that he actually discussed it at a Cabinet meeting. He told his colleagues that he had seen himself sailing "in an indescribable vessel and moving rapidly toward an indistinct shore." Even more explicit was a dream that he discussed just a week before he was shot. In his dream, Lincoln awoke, and walked through the silent White House, following the sound of sobbing. When he came to the East Room, he saw a catafalque draped in black. "Who is dead?" Lincoln asked. A military guard replied that it was the President...

* During one of Winston Churchill's visits to the United States during WW2, he spent the night in the White House. Churchill loved to retire late, take a long, hot bath while drinking a Scotch, and smoke a cigar and relax. On this occasion, he climbed out of the bath and naked, but for his cigar, walked into the adjoining bedroom. He was startled to see Abraham Lincoln standing by the fireplace in the room, leaning on the mantle. Churchill, always quick on the uptake, blinked and said "Good evening, Mr. President. After being assassinated, the body of President Abraham Lincoln, along with the exhumed remains of his son Willie, were transported by railroad from Washington to Illinois for burial, making several stops to allow the nation their chance to mourn for the fallen Commander in Chief. The funeral train, known as The Lincoln Special, left Washington on April 21, 1865 on a 1,650 journey that would wind across half of the United States, coming to an end in Springfield, Illinois. After traveling east, The Lincoln Special left the Euclid Street Station in Cleveland at midnight on April 28 and began the 135 mile journey along the Cleveland-Columbus-Cincinnati Railroad. On Saturday, April 29, at 7:30am, The Lincoln Funeral Train arrived in Columbus. The fallen leaders body was taken by carriage to the State House, where a public viewing was held. At 8:00pm, the train left Columbus and headed west towards Indianapolis, making a brief 20-minute stop in Urbana, then another in Piqua. The train left Piqua at midnight, completeing its travels across the Buckeye State.

Now, throughout the month of April, witnesses report seeing The Lincoln Special once again rolling through Urbana....but this time in a more ghostly form. Inside the train, a crew of skeletons can be spotted. Halfway back the train is Lincoln's coffin, surrounded by a crew of blue coated skeletons. It is also said that all the clocks in the area stop while the train passes by. Residents of both Urbana and Piqua have reported seeing a ghostly locomotive on the tracks in their area, and unexplained train whistles and smoke plums have been reported...
